At Top Gear, we understand face-to-face personal training is not for everyone.

So we have introduced Online Personal Training.


From as little as $10 per week you can experience the motivation and one-on-one training experience from our dedicated professionals - all over the net!

Each fitness program and nutritional plan is designed specifically for you to help you reach your goals. We monitor your progress and review your program as often as required.

What is included in the packages?

FITNESS + NUTRITION PACKAGE: ONLY $15 PER WEEK
- All of the above
- A detailed assessment of your food intake, including Energy, Protein, Fat, Fibre, Vitamins and Minerals
- We make reasonable suggestions on how to improve it (without cutting out the things you like!)
- Recipes
- Monitoring of your food intake as often as you like.

FITNESS PACKAGE: ONLY $10 PER WEEK

- Personalised exercise program specific to your goals and conditions - reviewed monthly or as required to prevent plateu periods and boredom
- Each program includes exercise instruction, description of the targeted muscles and a workout schedule - all of which is interactive!
- Continual assessments to ensure you stay on top of your training and are achieving your goals
- 24-7 support via email, phone and specialised message centre

Before we can commence on either program we ask you to fill out a short screening questionnaire. This is so we know your goals, fitness levels and injuries. Once we have all this information we can provide you with a customised exercise program and/or nutrition plan.
